岗位职责 | Responsibilities
？ 负责供应商开发、评估、审核及日常管理（涵盖工艺、质量、交付能力），并跟踪整改落实，建立稳定优质的供应商资源池Responsible for supplier sourcing, evaluation, auditing, and daily management (including process, quality, and delivery capability); follow up corrective actions and build a stable and high-quality supplier base
？ 负责机电类物料的采购执行、订单下达及交付跟进，通过SAP B1系统进行采购订单管理、交期跟踪及数据维护，确保供应及时稳定Responsible for procurement ution, PO placement, and delivery follow-up of mechatronic materials; manage purchase orders, delivery tracking, and data maintenance through SAP B1 to ensure stable and timely supply
？ 与供应商沟通解决工艺及质量问题，并推动问题闭环； Communicate with suppliers to resolve process and quality issues to let all the issues close
？ 参与新项目开发，推动与供应商的协同开发（DFM），提升产品可制造性与成本竞争力Participate in new project development and promote supplier co-development (DFM) to enhance manufacturability and cost competitiveness
？ 能基于图纸及BOM进行采购成本估算与价格分析，持续降本优化
Can do the cost evaluation and price analysis based on drawings and BOM; continuous cost optimization
任职要求 | Requirements
？ 本科及以上学历，机电一体化、机械电子工程或相关专业，具备5年以上技术采购或项目采购经验（制造业优先）Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields, with 5+ years of experience in technical or project procurement (manufacturing industry preferred)
？ 熟悉机电产品加工工艺（机加工、装配、电子件等）以及基础的表面处理知识，能够看懂图纸并和供应商/开发进行技术沟通Familiar with mechatronic manufacturing processes (machining, assembly, electronic components, etc.) and have the basic knowledge of surface treatment;  Can understand the technical drawing and communicate the technical issues with supplier and R＆D
？ 具备ERP系统使用经验（有SAP B1经验优先）Experience with ERP systems (SAP B1 experience preferred)
？ 具备良好的成本分析及商务谈判能力，熟悉供应商开发、评估及审核流程Strong cost analysis and negotiation skills; familiar with supplier development, evaluation, and auditing processes
？ 英语CET-4及以上，具备良好的英语口语及书面沟通能力
CET-4 or above, with good English speaking and written communication skills
？ 具备较强的沟通协调能力和执行力Strong communication, coordination, and ution skills

优先条件 | Preferred Qualifications
？ 有NPI（新产品导入）或项目采购经验Experience in NPI (New Product Introduction) or project procurement
？ 熟悉APQP、PPAP等质量工具Familiar with quality tools such as APQP and PPAP
？ 具备机械设备或实验室设备行业背景，且有自动化设备、精密制造相关经验者优先Background in machinery or laboratory equipment industry, with experience in automation equipment or precision manufacturing preferred
？ 有降本项目或供应链优化经验Experience in cost reduction or supply chain optimization projects
