品质工程师 / Quality Engineer
工作职责 / Job Responsibilities:
1. 品质管理 / Quality Management:
根据图纸要求审核供应商品质检测数据并分析验证，确保符合质量标准。
Review and analyze supplier quality inspection data against drawing requirements to ensure compliance with quality standards.
2. IQC检测 / Incoming Quality Control (IQC):
负责零部件来料检测，对不良品进行分析、隔离和记录，创建相应品质管理文档。
Conduct incoming inspection of components, analyze, isolate, and record non-conforming products, and generate relevant quality management documentation.
3. 客户投诉处理 / Customer Complaint Resolution:
分析和处理客户品质投诉，对供应商提出有效改良措施并跟踪改进效果。
Analyze and address customer quality complaints, propose effective corrective actions to suppliers, and track improvement outcomes.
任职要求 / Qualifications:
1. 教育背景与技能 / Education ＆ Skills:
机械类专业本科以上学历，熟悉机械图纸，熟悉机械加工、钣金加工及铸造生产工艺，精通几何公差标准（GD＆T）。
Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or related field; proficiency in mechanical drawings, machining, sheet metal processing, and casting processes; strong knowledge of GD＆T standards.
2. 语言能力 / Language Proficiency:
英语良好，具备基本的读写能力，能够阅读并理解英文技术图纸、标准和规格书，能够进行简单的邮件沟通。
Good English skills (reading and writing); ability to interpret English technical drawings, standards, and specifications; capable of basic email communication.
3. 经验要求 / Experience:
一年以上品质管理经验，熟练使用常规检测工具（卡尺、千分尺、螺纹规等），熟悉二次元、三次元等测量工具者优先。
Minimum 1 year of quality management experience; proficient in using basic measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, thread gauges, etc.); familiarity with CMM and optical measuring instruments is a plus.
4. 综合素质 / Personal Attributes:
性格开朗，做事认真负责，善于沟通，具备团队协作精神。
Proactive and meticulous with strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
