Key Responsibilities
- Product Development: Design and develop new products from ideation through prototyping, testing, and mass production.
- Mechanical Engineering: Apply engineering principles to ensure product reliability, manufacturability, and cost-efficiency.
- Product Drawings: Create and maintain precise 2D/3D CAD drawings and technical documentation (using SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar).
- Project Management: Plan, track, and ute project timelines, budgets, and resources. Mitigate risks and ensure on-time delivery.
- Problem Solving: Identify root causes of design or production issues and implement robust, data-driven solutions.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with electrical engineers, industrial designers, and supply chain teams in both English and Chinese environments.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in product development (full lifecycle preferred).
- **Fluent in English and Chinese (spoken, written, and technical terminology) – mandatory.
- Proven ability to manage projects (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies).
- Strong problem-solving skills (e.g., FMEA, 8D, root cause analysis).
- Proficiency in mechanical engineering (materials, tolerances, GD＆T, manufacturing processes).
- Expert in product drawings (CAD software: SolidWorks, Inventor, or Creo).
- Experience designing products for [injection molding/sheet metal/casting/3D printing – relevant].

Preferred but Not Required
- PMP, CAPM, or similar certification.
- Experience working with Chinese suppliers or manufacturing part
