【岗位职责 / Key Responsibilities】
1. 工艺开发与优化： 负责功率电感、通信类变压器等产品的工艺流程设计，制定作业指导书（WI）、过程失效模式与影响分析（PFMEA）及产品外观标准。导入自动化设备和新工艺，优化产线工装治具，以提高生产效率并降低生产成本。
Process Development ＆ Optimization: Responsible for the process flow design of power inductors, communication transformers, etc. Develop Work Instructions (WI), PFMEA, and product appearance standards. Introduce automated equipment and new processes, optimize production line fixtures to improve production efficiency and reduce costs.
2. 新产品导入（NPI）： 主导新产品从样品制作到试生产再到量产的全过程管理，确保新产品顺利过渡至生产线。
New Product Introduction (NPI): Lead the entire process of new products from sample making, pilot run to mass production, ensuring a smooth transition to the production line.
3. 设计缺陷反馈与改善： 与研发设计工程师紧密沟通，解决产品在样品阶段及量产过程中发现的设计缺陷，从工艺角度降低因设计缺陷带来的品质风险。
Design Defect Feedback ＆ Improvement: Communicate closely with R＆D design engineers to resolve design defects found during the sample stage and mass production, reducing quality risks caused by design flaws from a process perspective.
4. 品质管控与客诉处理： 跟进生产线产品品质，协同质量保证（QA）部门处理客户投诉，分析根本原因并回复8D报告。
Quality Control ＆ Customer Complaint Handling: Follow up on product quality on the production line, collaborate with QA to handle customer complaints, analyze root causes, and respond with 8D reports.
5. 精益生产与效率提升： 实施精益生产理念，优化生产线平衡，降低标准工时，提升整体设备效率（OEE）。
Lean Production ＆ Efficiency Improvement: Implement lean manufacturing concepts, optimize production line balance, reduce standard working hours, and improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
6. 技术支持与培训： 培训下属及产线员工的工作技能，达成公司年度绩效目标；为外发工厂提供技术支持，确保外协出货目标的达成。
Technical Support ＆ Training: Train subordinates and line operators to achieve annual performance goals; provide technical support to subcontractors to ensure outsourcing shipment targets are met.
7. 客户稽核支持： 准备客户评鉴、稽核、审查的相关文件资料，陪同客户稽核，确保顺利通过审查。
Customer Audit Support: Prepare documentation for customer audits and assessments, accompany customers during audits to ensure smooth approval.

【任职要求 / Qualifications】
1. 教育背景： 大专及以上学历，电子、机械、自动化或相关专业。
Education: College degree or above, major in Electronics, Mechanical, Automation, or related fields.
2. 工作经验：5年以上电子制造业工作经验，其中至少3年以上变压器、电感器行业工艺工程（PE）经验。熟悉通信类变压器及功率电感产品的工艺流程。
Experience: Minimum 5 years of working experience in electronics manufacturing, with at least 3 years of Process Engineering (PE) experience in the transformer/inductor industry. Familiar with the process flow of communication transformers and power inductors.*
3. 专业技能：
熟悉PFMEA、WI、8D等质量工具的应用。
具备自动化设备导入和工装治具优化经验。
熟悉精益生产工具，有标准工时测算经验者优先。
Technical Skills: Familiar with the application of quality tools such as PFMEA, WI, and 8D. Experience in introducing automated equipment and optimizing fixtures. Familiar with lean production tools; experience in standard time measurement is preferred.
4. 语言能力： 具备良好的英语读写能力，能处理英文技术资料及邮件沟通（有外资企业工作经验者优先）。
Language: Good command of English reading and writing, capable of handling technical documents and email communication (experience in foreign-invested enterprises is preferred).
5. 核心素质： 具备较强的问题分析与解决能力，良好的跨部门沟通协调能力，抗压能力强。
Core Competencies: Strong problem-analysis and solving skills, excellent cross-departmental communication and coordination skills, and ability to work under pressure.
