Job Purpose
To implement new product design, participate in design review of input/output/verification data, prepare documentation for samples and mass production, and provide technical support to related departments, ensuring competitive design that meets customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities
1. New Product Design – Deliver competitive designs on time; participate in design reviews to ensure completeness of design input/output/verification data.
2. Documentation Preparation ＆ Management – Timely prepare or review documentation for quotation, FA sample building, and mass production; ensure accuracy and up-to-date status.
3. New Custom Materials ＆ Outsourced FG Approval – Approve new custom-made raw materials and outsourced finished goods; ensure correct materials are used.
4. Technical Support – Provide support to PE, ME, Sourcing/Purchasing, Quality, and Customer Service; work with procurement on raw material ＆ supplier solutions; assist PE to ensure timely FA sample delivery; support ME on production issues; respond to customer technical inquiries via CS.

Requirements
1. Education – Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related discipline.
2. Experience – 5+ years of design experience in magnetic components (transformers, inductors), familiar with relevant Asian/overseas raw materials.
3. Language – Fluent in both written and spoken English and Mandarin.
4. Technical Skills – Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office; familiarity with AutoCAD and SolidWorks is a plus.
5. Personal Attributes – Self-starter, results-oriented.

4. 技术支持：为PE、ME、采购、质量、客户服务等部门提供技术支援；与采购合作确定原材料及供应商方案；协助PE确保FA样品按时交付；支持ME解决生产问题；响应客户服务的工程技术咨询。

任职要求
1. 教育背景：电气/电子工程或相关专业本科及以上学历。
2. 工作经验：5年以上磁性元件（变压器、电感器）设计经验，熟悉亚洲及海外相关原材料。
3. 语言能力：普通话和英语流利（书面及口语）。
4. 专业技能：熟练使用Windows及Office软件；熟悉AutoCAD、SolidWorks者优先。
5. 个人素质：积极主动，结果导向。
