1、服务好销售部门，与客户沟通，了解并分析客户需求,并进行有效的工作规划安排; 
2、组织部门产品的调试与服务和维修及管理，人员的培训与考核;
3、建立调试服务信息管理系统(客户服务档案、质量跟踪及反馈) ;
4、向领导和质量部门，提供产后质量反馈数据、产品质量信息,为解决问题提供建议; 
5、主持部门的每月售后业务发展规划及分析。
6、保持各检测中心及电科院人员关系以后检测工作安排
7、完成领导布置的其它工作。

1、本科以上学历，机电一体化、电力电子、通信、信息技术、自动化等相关专业；
2、为人诚实守信，擅长沟通，语言表达能力强，能吃苦耐劳，责任心强；
3、掌握电工基本知识，了解输配电技术及原理，并能适应长期出差，具有较好抗压能力；
4、熟练使用Office等办公软件。
