岗位职责|Responsibilities
？负责供应商开发、评估、审核及日常管理（涵盖工艺、质量、交付能力），并跟踪整改落实，建立稳定优质的供应商资源池Responsibleforsuppliersourcing,evaluation,auditing,anddailymanagement(includingprocess,quality,anddeliverycapability);followupcorrectiveactionsandbuildastableandhigh-qualitysupplierbase
？负责机电类物料的采购执行、订单下达及交付跟进，通过SAPB1系统进行采购订单管理、交期跟踪及数据维护，确保供应及时稳定Responsibleforprocurementution,POplacement,anddeliveryfollow-upofmechatronicmaterials;managepurchaseorders,deliverytracking,anddatamaintenancethroughSAPB1toensurestableandtimelysupply
？与供应商沟通解决工艺及质量问题，并推动问题闭环； Communicatewithsupplierstoresolveprocessandqualityissuesto letalltheissuesclose
？参与新项目开发，推动与供应商的协同开发（DFM），提升产品可制造性与成本竞争力Participateinnewprojectdevelopmentandpromotesupplierco-development(DFM)toenhancemanufacturabilityandcostcompetitiveness
？能基于图纸及BOM进行采购成本估算与价格分析，持续降本优化

任职要求|Requirements
？本科及以上学历，机电一体化、机械电子工程或相关专业，具备5年以上技术采购或项目采购经验（制造业优先）Bachelor’sdegreeoraboveinMechatronics,MechanicalEngineering,orrelatedfields,with5+yearsofexperienceintechnicalorprojectprocurement(manufacturingindustrypreferred)
？熟悉机电产品加工工艺（机加工、装配、电子件等）以及基础的表面处理知识，能够看懂图纸并和供应商/开发进行技术沟通Familiarwithmechatronicmanufacturingprocesses(machining,assembly,electroniccomponents,etc.) andhavethebasicknowledgeofsurfacetreatment; CanunderstandthetechnicaldrawingandcommunicatethetechnicalissueswithsupplierandR＆D
？具备ERP系统使用经验（有SAPB1经验优先）ExperiencewithERPsystems(SAPB1experiencepreferred)
？具备良好的成本分析及商务谈判能力，熟悉供应商开发、评估及审核流程Strongcostanalysisandnegotiationskills;familiarwithsupplierdevelopment,evaluation,andauditingprocesses
？英语CET-4及以上，具备良好的英语口语及书面沟通能力
CET-4orabove,withgoodEnglishspeakingandwrittencommunicationskills
？具备较强的沟通协调能力和执行力Strongcommunication,coordination,andutionskills

？有NPI（新产品导入）或项目采购经验ExperienceinNPI(NewProductIntroduction)orprojectprocurement
？熟悉APQP、PPAP等质量工具FamiliarwithqualitytoolssuchasAPQPandPPAP
？具备机械设备或实验室设备行业背景，且有自动化设备、精密制造相关经验者优先Backgroundinmachineryorlaboratoryequipmentindustry,withexperienceinautomationequipmentorprecisionmanufacturingpreferred
？有降本项目或供应链优化经验Experienceincostreductionorsupplychainoptimizationprojects
