Job description:

1. Responsible for the overall human resource planning of the overseas sales team, carrying out statistical analysis on the current situation of personnel and making reasonable allocation suggestions;

2. Responsible for the business personnel requirements submission, recruitment implementation, and in-and-out management of overseas sales teams;

3. Responsible for formulating and optimizing the human resources and administrative management system, process and norms of the overseas sales team and supervising the implementation;

4. Responsible for the overseas sales team to promote the formulation and implementation of salary and assessment plan, and the daily accounting and payment of staff salary;

5. Responsible for the development of overseas sales team training program and the establishment of training system, and regularly the employee orientation training kit;

6. Responsible for the new staff entry attention and trial evaluation of the overseas sales team, and the organization and implementation of the monthly, quarterly and annual assessment of the old staff;

7. Responsible for other daily human resource management work of overseas sales companies.

Job requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, with more than two years of hr management experience in overseas sales team;

2. Familiar with human resource management modules, able to conduct overseas recruitment and training organization independently;

3. Good communication and coordination ability, language expression and activity organization ability;

4. Strong personality, initiative, cheerful personality, strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit;

5. Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing (cet-6, ielts 6 or BEC vantage or above), able to use English as daily working language.
