工资标准：

底薪2505元+固定补贴630元（包括早餐及住房补贴300元+全勤奖130元+岗位补贴200元）

入职即买五险一金 转正后根据表现，增加技能奖100-400元。

满一年增加50元工龄奖 两年100元 300元封顶

加班费：

底薪2505计算加班费； 周一至周五加班1.5倍（21.5元/小时）；周六日加班2倍（28.8元/小时）；

常白班，计时工作，5天8小时制，周一至周六8:30-21:00上班，周天休息。

月入5500元以上
