1、试用期五天八小时2150元，,5天8小时之外的加班费按1720元为基数计算；转正后再加工资，有工龄奖、全勤奖、绩效奖金、交通补贴等。
2、当月15日之前入职的当月起参加（养老、工伤、失业、基本医疗、生育）五项社会保险；
